Concorde Air Handling Services
Concorde Air Handling is a Customer Service Agent (CSA) of Fed Ex, the world's largest express transportation company. Federal Express began its operations in April, 1973 and in the same year it became the first company to offer overnight delivery in the U.S. It covers 365 airports in 215 countries with a fleet of 624 aircrafts. In the year 1994, Fed Ex was the FIRST major carrier to achieve ISO 9001 quality certification (PDF) for its entire worldwide operations.
Fed Ex operates 10 freighters per week with a fleet of MD 11 and provides services under two products Normal and International Priority (IP).
