REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 
  • The person authorized at the time of enrollment only will be allowed to claim for redemption of CPPs.
  •  Redemption Gifts will be provided within 15 working days after submission of Redemption form which can be accessed online.
  • The customer will have to pay any difference in cost of gift item selected, over and above redemption value, to Group Concorde. 
  • The customer must have CPPs equivalent to 80% of the total gift value in his account when opting for gifts of higher value.
    The balance 20% of the amount will be paid by the customer through cheque. The gift shall be delivered one week after the realization of the cheque.
  • Gift items are subject to stock availability. Group Concorde will not be liable in case of non- availability of gift items listed online.
  • The redemption of power points will only be done as per the redemption policy of the company within the membership year.
  • The images displayed in the "Gifts for Redemption" may differ from the actual look of the models mentioned underneath.
  • Gifts can be opted for, considering the products at the prevailing market rates.
  • Group Concorde does not accept the liability of providing Invoice for any of the gifts opted.
  • Cargo Power Points are non- exchangeable and cannot be encashed. 
  • Additional taxes will be levied on Holiday Packages. The costs mentioned are excluding taxes.
  • The customer must be aware of all general terms and conditions listed on our Group Concorde website.
  • The redemption of tickets is possible only on the airlines mentioned above based on sectors they fly to and the availability of seats.
  • The processing will be done by Group Concorde Travel Desk. No external bookings or PNR’s will be entertained for confirmation purpose.
  • The customer is required to provide the photocopy of the passport of passenger travelling duly signed by the passenger.
  • The customer will have to pay any discrepancy in amount over and above redemption amount to Group Concorde before the issuance of the ticket.
  • Group Concorde will not be liable in case of non availability of seats with the airline.
  • The passenger should have valid visa for travel. Group Concorde will not be possible for any such travel assistance. 
  • Force majeure clause will apply, in the event of conditions beyond our control.
  • In case of CPP Redemption for Mumbai, the logistic cost (from DEL-BOM) will be considered as a part of product cost.
  • All the gifts are subjected to 17% FBT deduction.
