Top Customer Awards 2017-18 gala night held at Manila

Loyalty is what turns a name into a brand and every brand’s greatest asset are its customers. Group Concorde firmly believes it is the clients who build a company. To honour and acknowledge a loyal customer base, Group Concorde in association with Oman Air Cargo organized its first awards night in Manila. The awards night was held on 1 February to felicitate the Top Customers for 2017-18. The function was held at Marriott Hotel Manila-Pasay City, Philippines.

The event was hosted by Mr. Gerry Foliente (Country Manager- Group Concorde) who welcomed Mr. Pukhraj Singh Chug, Managing Director-Group Concorde), Mr. Mohammed Al Musafir (Senior Vice President, Commercial Cargo-Oman Air Cargo) and Ms. Gurmeet Kalra (Sr. Manager –Far East Region, Oman Air Cargo).

Giving a heartwarming speech, Mr. Pukhraj acknowledged the support of the honorable clientele as well as the front-line team who have been the driving force behind Group Concorde’s thriving success. Mr. Musafir  also took this an opportunity to appreciate and thank the customers for their unconditional support resulting in consistent growth of Oman Air Cargo. The airline is a top notch brand of its league and has been acknowledged as a reliable service provider in Manila.

At the awards night, Oman Air Cargo introduced its new facilities and products recently updated at its terminal in Muscat since 2018. Ms. Gurmeet introduced the new Oman Air Cargo app and unveiled its features.

Awards were given away to acknowledge the top 10 agents followed by a lucky draw where the winners were gifted a return ticket from Manila to Muscat on Oman Air.

The awards night concluded with a gala networking dinner.

Group Concorde believes recognition in any form acts wonders at times. In sync with this belief, Group Concorde organised a special award function to appreciate and recognise the top agents of China Airlines. The event was organised at Hotel County Inn & Suites (Jalandhar) to on 15th November 2018. Titled the Million Dollar (USD) Passenger Sales Award, these awards were organised to honour the qualified agents for their contribution. Mr. Daniel Niu & Mr. Jasraj Singh Chug proactively thanked and awarded all agents for their continuous support to China Airlines. This was followed by an elaborate lunch and a mini interactive session was held where agents exchanged their views, issues and market scenario.
